New Ambassadors Appointed To
Serve Two Year Term
Chamber Chairman, David Turner, Hawthorn Bank, recently
appointed nine new Ambassadors to serve a two-year term. The Chamber
Ambassadors serve a very important role in the Chamber. This
dedicated group of individuals represents the Chamber at numerous
ribbon cuttings, ground breakings and other special events in the
community.
The newly appointed Ambassadors are: Tina Hoey, Hawthorn
Bank; Chris Hollaway, Pro Photo; Stephanie Lehmen,
JCMG; Jim Logan, Jim Logan Audio; Kate Madigan,
Jefferson Bank; Judy Naught, Naught Naught Agency; Lil
Pfaff, Promark Solutions; Mike Rogers, Mike Kehoe Auto
Group; and Janette Scott, OnMedia.
They join a group of extremely dedicated Chamber volunteers who are
serving a regular term or who have earned the senior Ambassador

Several elementary, middle and high school students are in need of
mentors. Spending one hour with a student is very rewarding and

Volunteer Mentors Needed
The Jefferson City Public
Schools English for Speakers of Other Languages program needs
mentors for some of our foreign born children who are learning
English. We need mentors who could read with the children or
help with homework. Mentors do not need to speak the child's
native language. Mentors may commit from 1 hour per week to 10
hours per week. Please call Lin Dickerson at 659-3122 for
